Position Overview

The APM supports the Project Manager in documentation, scheduling, subcontractor communication, and cost tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes

Track schedules and coordinate subcontractor documentation

Assist with billing, change orders, and cost projections

Contribute to project closeout and warranty tracking
