Overview
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced BAS Installers for projects located in Lakewood, CO . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $35-55 / hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a BAS Installer eager to master your skills while working alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope :
- Install and wire building automation system components
- Working with sensors, controllers and actuators
- Guide and direct subcontractors and ensure guidelines are being followed
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical drawings
- Perform systems startup, testing and commissioning to ensure proper operation
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues and system malfunctions
- Maintain accurate records of installations
- Follow all safety standards and protocols during installation
- Stay current with industry trends codes and energy management best practices
- Maintain personal and company tools in good working condition
