Join a large, high-volume surgical team with a respected healthcare organization in the Bay Area. This Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) role has a Monday through Friday schedule, with rotating administrative call. You'll lead a robust OR team in a dynamic, collaborative environment and supervise daily operations for surgical units serving a diverse patient population.

Position Highlights:
• Up to $218K base salary
• Around a $20K sign-on bonus and up to $16K in annual bonus potential
• Monday–Friday, 12p–8:30p with rotating call
• Full benefits, PTO, and merit increase eligibility
• Up to 30 direct reports – strong support structure• Opportunity for advancement to Manager/Director roles
