About the Role

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality, food quality, and team performance. This individual will play a critical role in financial performance, staff development, and maintaining our brand reputation for exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of 60+ employees, fostering a positive, professional, and performance-driven culture.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including front- and back-of-house management, staffing, scheduling, and guest relations.
• Drive operational excellence to achieve sales goals of $5 million+ annually.
• Manage and analyze financials, budgets, and cost controls using QuickBooks and restaurant-specific reporting tools.
• Oversee and optimize all point-of-sale operations using Toast POS , ensuring accuracy in transactions, inventory, and reporting.
• Collaborate with ownership and culinary leadership to enhance profitability, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent while ensuring adherence to company standards and health / safety compliance.
