Location : Omaha, NE

Work Locations : 72nd & Center and / or 162nd & Dodge

Job Type : Full-time Employee

Compensation : Hourly wage, based on experience

Experience Level : Intermediate (3-7 years)

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM (no weekends or holidays)

Hours : 40 hours per week

Start Date : Immediately

Position Overview

The LPN plays a key role in providing excellent patient care and supporting the clinical team. We are looking for someone who is a strong individual contributor, enjoys teamwork, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, flexible, detail-oriented, and committed to ongoing learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and document vital signs
• Obtain medication and medical history
• Administer injections and perform venipuncture
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation
• Assist with minor in-office procedures and exams
• Prepare and room patients
• Clean and stock exam rooms
