The Licensed Interior Designer is a collaborative, self-directed professional responsible for supporting the planning, design, coordination, and documentation of interior environments across all phases of a project. This role contributes to the successful delivery of projects through design ideation, technical execution, and cross-disciplinary coordination.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
• Quarterly, merit-based profit-sharing bonuses. In recent years, our PMs havereceived an average of $10,000 per year in bonuses. • Paid Time off: 3 weeks/yr (15 work days per 12 months of work). Up to 1 week of unused vacation may be rolled over to the next year. • In addition, we close our office between 12/24 and 1/1. • Holidays: 7 holidays/year plus 1 floating holiday. • Continuing Education stipend: $250/yr. • Reimbursements: AIA, LEED, Well or similar membership/accreditation. • Health insurance: Company pays 50% of medical and dental plans. • Retirement fund: Simple IRA; Company matches contributions up to 3% • Paid sick leave as required by DC Law.
