Job descriptionProvide executive leadership and direction for all nursing and clinical services. Partner with the executive team to align nursing operations with organizational goals and regulatory standards. Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives. Mentor and develop nurse leaders, ensuring high engagement and retention of nursing staff. Drive patient safety, quality, and satisfaction outcomes across the hospital. Maintain survey readiness and compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, and state regulations. Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Doctorate preferred). Current RN license (Georgia or compact state). 7+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a senior executive or CNO role. Strong understanding of rural healthcare operations and critical access hospital regulations. Proven track record of improving patient outcomes and building high-performing nursing teams.
