Material & Field Support Coordinator
Location : Rockford, IL Full-Time | On-Site | Growth Opportunity
Were looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Material & Field Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, youll play a key part in keeping projects organized, materials flowing, and communication running smoothly between our office, vendors, and field crews.

What Youll Do
- Manage incoming emails and assist with phone communication as needed.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments through the UPS room.
- Order, pick up, and maintain general office supplies.
- Track warehouse stock, process weekly orders and releases, and confirm availability, pricing, and delivery timelines with vendors.
- Order project materials and trim strips, release materials based on job schedules, and coordinate shipping and delivery.
- Reconcile ordered versus received materials and collaborate with the bookkeeper to match packing slips to invoices.
- Enter new project information into scheduling and tracking systems.
- Create and update material lists, field production tracking spreadsheets, and delivery schedules.
- Generate daily load sheets for the warehouse to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare project material submittals gathering samples, assembling documentation, tracking approvals, and maintaining organized records.
