Customer Service Representative

Shift / Hours : Monday - Friday Pay Rate : $16 - $17 / hr. DOE Location : Fort Myers, FL Experience : 1+ Years Call Center Experience

Summary : We are hiring an engaging and solutions-focused Customer Service Representative to deliver high-quality support to our client's customers. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and processing requests to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities :

  • Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and / or chat messages promptly and courteously.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and explaining the best solution.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and customer requests accurately.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Uphold a positive, professional, and empathetic attitude at all times.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven customer service or call center experience (1+ year preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong active listening and de-escalation skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
