Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in running a crew and working with them capable of reading blueprints and doing takeoff installing, HVAC systems in both commercial and residential settings. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Install, commercial units' commercial ducts all systems including residential units

Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and installation guides.

Ensure installations meet local, state, and federal codes.

Perform system tests to verify proper operation and efficiency.

Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.

Document work completed, including materials used, hours worked, and system performance.

Provide recommendations to customers for system maintenance and upgrades.

Requirements :

Proven experience as an HVAC Installer both residential and commercial settings.

Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed.

Qualifications & Certifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in HVAC preferred.

EPA Section 608 Certification (required).

NATE (North American Technician Excellence) Certification preferred.

OSHA safety training certification preferred.

Experience with HVAC controls, refrigeration systems, and electrical wiring.
