What will you be doing?

  • Serves as Subject Matter Expert : Manage customer contracts, manufacturing agreements, key processes, VAS, packaging governance, label management, and assure independent execution supporting all brands and selected large, moderate complexity customers
  • Be the liaison for customers and internal partners : Utilize skills to understand the needs of the customers, answer inquiries, maintain consistent workflow on outstanding items until resolution has been met
  • Follow established standard policies : Adhere to procedures, processes, brand requirements and best practices across organization to promote compliance with customer and sourcing requirements, regulations, and industry standards
  • Monitor customer requirements : Manage routing guides (packing, labeling, shipping, routing, lab testing) received through RVCF, customer agreements, communication and portals to all applicable business partners (Order Management, Logistics, Sales, Master Data, PAA operations team) and maintain SAP and PKMS systems, SHP notes, SharePoint site and Customer Exceptions Sheet to ensure all necessary parties are conversant
  • Collaborate internally : Partner with disputes and cross functional teams for chargeback resolution, understand the financial impact and advise on financial recovery when applicable to the charge
  • Administrator customer web portals : Grant access to employees and maintain updates

  • Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!

  • BS / BA in Business (Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain, Accounting, or Finance preferred)
  • 3-5 years relevant business experience (or demonstrated ability) required
  • Wholesale / Supply Chain experience
  • Data analytics / trend report preparation & analysis
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and handle multiple situations simultaneously
  • Strong partnering, organizing, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Work independently while maintaining high productivity and upholding a collaborative attitude
  • The ability to follow instruction and to also show initiative in working towards project goals
  • Experience in Word, Excel (Above Average), Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio a plus
  • Experience in SAP (FI, AFS, S4, MM, AO, BI, FSCM) or equivalent required
