• Administer medications and treatments using EPIC EMR system
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed
• Provide patient / family education and discharge planning
• Mentor and guide support staff while fostering a team-oriented environment
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety protocols
