Control Engineer

About the Role

We're hiring a Controls Engineer III for an innovative and fast-paced organization delivering high-precision automation systems across critical industries including medical, defense, optics, and green technology.

This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll own the full lifecycle of advanced automation systems—from concept to commissioning. You'll work on cutting-edge machinery integrating motion control, PLC / HMI programming, and mechanical systems.

Office Setting

100% On-Site

Salary

$115K–$136K (up to $140K for top talent)

Travel

~20% (mostly in-state)

Qualifications

• SolidWorks or similar CAD system experience
• Experience combining software and hardware
• Mechanically inclined and hands-on
• Background in automation, robotics, or high-precision machinery

Preferred Backgrounds

Manufacturing, industrial automation, semiconductor equipment, or motion control.
