Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapist – Children, Families & Adults

Milford Counseling is seeking a compassionate and skilled Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team! In this role, you’ll provide therapy to children, families, and adults, helping clients navigate life’s challenges in a supportive, professional environment. Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy for children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans addressing mental health, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
  • Utilize evidence-based approaches to support clients in overcoming trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational difficulties.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and community resources for holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold ethical standards.

    • Who We’re Looking For :

  • Fully or Limited Licensed Clinicians (LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LP, LLP, or equivalent).
  • Preferably with Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor credentials (MCBAP) or experience with co-occurring disorders. Or a desire to add this credential
  • Experience working with diverse client populations, including children, families, and adults.
  • Strong clinical skills and a passion for collaborative, client-centered care.
