Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist in Lake City and Live Oak, FL!

At H2 Health, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse population and provide care for a range of orthopedic conditions, athletes, industrial / return to work clients, neurologic movement disorders, post-op cases, and balance programs. This is a split position serving both Live Oak and Lake City H2 Health clinics, though we would consider part-time at either location.
