Job Summary

As an Inpatient Rehab RN , you’ll play a crucial role in helping patients regain their strength, mobility, and independence after illness or injury. With an average patient stay of two to three weeks, you’ll build meaningful relationships and witness the transformative impact of your care.

Your Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will :

• Administer medications and treatments while monitoring responses and reporting changes promptly.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs) to support therapy goals.
• Monitor vital signs and neurological status to detect changes and respond swiftly.
• Document patient progress and functional abilities to guide care planning.
• Educate and support patients and families on recovery milestones and self-care techniques.
• Collaborate closely with nurses, therapists, and physicians to deliver personalized, high-quality care.
