Project Executive

Our company is a leading construction services provider in the Mid-Atlantic region, recognized for sustainable practices, ethical standards, and innovative solutions. We are seeking a Project Executive to join our team in Paoli OR Central PA . This role will oversee multiple projects, ensuring client satisfaction and leading a high-performing project management team. The projects will be within the commercial, healthcare, and senior living sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Serve as the primary executive contact for clients throughout project lifecycle.
• Set and manage team revenue and margin goals aligned with company objectives.
• Support business development and client relationship initiatives.
• Lead RFP / RFQ responses and collaborate with preconstruction teams on logistics and constructability.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Lead and organize multiple project teams, resolving conflicts and fostering collaboration.
• Conduct site visits to review progress, quality, and jobsite conditions.
• Manage quality control, communication, scheduling, and change management.
• Oversee project turnover, procurement, and resolution of outstanding issues.
• Attend client and design team meetings as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
