Pediatric Hospitalist physician job in Kentucky : Locums Pediatrics HospitalistLocation : London, Kentucky Assignment Details

Coverage Dates : Start : 7 : 00 a.m., December 20, 2025End : 8 : 00 a.m., December 30, 2025

Schedule : 24-hour coverage (in-house)

Setting : Level II Special Care Nursery and Well-Baby Nursery Clinical Role

Provide well-baby care including :

Initial assessments, admissions, daily rounds, and discharge planning

Manage Level II Special Care Nursery patients :

Diagnose and treat newborns with medical issues

Coordinate care and perform minor procedures

Manage respiratory disorders, infections, and birth defects

Ensure proper nutrition and stabilization until discharge

Communicate effectively with staff and families

Support Staff : RN, RT, Radiology, Pharmacy, Dietary

EMR : Epic Requirements & Certifications

Board Certification : Required

Licensure : Active Kentucky medical license (required)

Certifications :
