As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, supporting a secure environment for all personnel. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations, responding to incidents, and collaborating with a dedicated team. What You’ll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
