Vice President of Product Innovation

A company is looking for a Vice President of Product and Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the AI and product innovation roadmap aligned with organizational strategy

Lead the full lifecycle of AI and digital products from ideation to launch and scale

Build and mentor cross-functional teams in product management, AI integration, and innovation operations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field

Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or similar) preferred

12+ years in Healthcare, Diagnostics, or Healthtech with proven success in AI or Product Management

Experience managing P&L and developing pricing strategies

Familiarity with FDA, HIPAA, and healthcare regulatory frameworks for digital and AI technologies
