Legal Secretary

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced legal secretary to join our team. 3-5 years of litigation experience and a strong ability to stay organized in a fast-paced legal environment are preferred. This position supports attorneys with a busy litigation caseload and requires a strong understanding of legal procedures and court rules.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, format, proofread, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
• Maintain attorney calendars, schedule hearings, depositions, and meetings
• Manage and organize case files
• Assist with trial preparation
• Coordinate with courts, clients, and outside counsel
