Job descriptionProvide architectural consultation in planning, design, and coordination of complex projects Independently apply advanced architectural concepts and design strategies Execute drawing production and design documentation under the direction of a Project Manager Develop creative design concepts and presentation materials Review and analyze planning studies, reports, and consultant deliverables Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative studio culture (Level II) Identify and resolve technical questions to maintain project momentum

An Architect Level I / Level II to be responsible for specific technical design aspects of an assigned major project, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions that best meet the client's needs.
Required :
- 3–5+ years of architectural experience
- Licensed architect or actively pursuing licensure
- Proficiency in Revit and architectural design processes
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with FEMA-funded or federal government projects is a plus
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to grow
- Residency or willingness to relocate to St. Thomas (relocation support available).
Job Responsibilities :
Salary Range : $70k / yr. - $90k / yr.
