Were looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to develop and lead a company-wide Quality Management Program that ensures every project meets our highest standards of performance.

What Youll Do

As the Quality Control Manager you will :

Develop implement and maintain company-wide quality management policies procedures work instructions and guidelines.

Provide leadership and support from project proposal through closeout ensuring standardized processes and consistent quality outcomes.

Assure proper implementation of project-specific quality programs.

Coordinate monitor and deliver training programs related to quality and continuous improvement.

Recommend and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and project performance.

Conduct project performance audits and assessments to verify compliance and drive improvement.

Perform root cause analyses to identify issues and develop corrective actions.

Partner with project teams to promote a proactive approach to quality problem-solving and accountability.

Perform other duties as assigned to support GBA Builders mission of excellence.

What You Bring

Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in construction quality management or a similar role.

Proven expertise in developing and implementing quality programs standards and tools.

Strong facilitation collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Excellent planning organizational and analytical abilities.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex information to all levels of employees and management.
