Job duties :

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Handle reception duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing client inquiries.
  • Conduct retail sales of our wellness services and products, providing recommendations and information to customers.
  • Give friendly, informative tours of our space, helping guests understand which services are right for them.
  • Walk customers through their appointments, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and prepare rooms for services, adhering to our high standards of hygiene and client experience.

  • Interested in wellness products and bio-hacking services

  • Basic computer and administrative skills
  • Prior retail sales or reception experience preferred

    • Position details and perks :

  • Part-time hourly role (18–25 hours / week), including some evenings and weekends
  • Pay starts at $15 / hour
  • Commission available on services and product sales
  • Free use of our services (outside of business hours)
  • 25% discount on all retail products.
  • 15% discount on services for friends and family

    • What We're Looking For :

    This role is active and customer-facing — you’ll be on your feet, resetting rooms, and engaging with people throughout the day. If you prefer working quietly behind a screen, this may not be the right fit.

    You’re punctual, adaptable, and take pride in your work. You’re coachable, friendly, and thrive both independently and in team settings.

    We offer full training on our services and retail products, and for high performers, you may have the opportunity to grow into leadership or operations roles as we expand.
