Work Schedule : M-F 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM.
Work Location : Master’s Transportation Headquarters, Kansas City, MO.
Job Summary : This position is responsible for a set of drivers and vendors, with the primary objective of ensuring timely deliveries, along with providing excellent customer service to the receivers. This will include communicating with salesmen about delivery of equipment and following up to ensure highest possible customer experience. Making operational, revenue and dispatch decisions based on best available information at the time. Coordinating the information from salesmen to the drivers to include shipment details. Communicating issues to salesmen and drivers.
