As a Government Key Account Manager for the US Navy you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :

• Determines directions, priorities and assigns resources with full accountability for results of functional area. Responsible for managing sales targets for assigned customers / areas / product lines. Identifies and defines market / product opportunities to meet sales and growth objectives.
• Driving growth of 3M solutions at the Nation's largest military depots and repair facilities.
• Owning, leveraging and cultivating senior level relationships at assigned accounts to identify business needs / drivers and position 3M solutions for growth.
• Building and executing channel engagement plans that leverage existing government contracts and market trends (ie, use of small, disadvantaged businesses).
• Leading 3M Team members at assigned accounts to foster and drive collaboration in the attainment of assigned forecast.
• Creating, maintaining, and executing pipeline of opportunities and engagements to realize the key sales targets and metrics.

Company Vehicle : This position may require driving a company vehicle if person selected lives in geographic area in which milage requirements for vehicle would be met. This could require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.

Applicable to US Applicants Only : The expected compensation range for this position is $164,612 - $201,193, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and / or experience.
