Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure a clean and sanitary environment throughout the facility, and support a positive, collaborative team culture.

Your leadership will play a key role in maintaining the high standards our residents and families expect from Cascades at Jacinto .

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support the housekeeping team to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and correctly

Work alongside team members to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety

Assist the Director of Maintenance with interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplinary actions as needed

Monitor inventory and order housekeeping supplies as necessary

Attend management meetings to provide updates and report on department activities

Ensure compliance with all infection control, safety, and facility regulations

✅ Qualifications

2+ years of commercial housekeeping experience (healthcare setting preferred)

1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience in housekeeping - highly preferred

High School Diploma or GED required

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
