Billing Specialist

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist to support their Specialty Infusion Pharmacy remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and submit accurate medical claims based on payer agreements

Review claims for pricing discrepancies and ensure timely submission of secondary claims

Monitor billing requirements and provide customer service regarding billing inquiries

Required Qualifications

Home infusion experience required

High School Diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of medical billing experience preferred

Knowledge of HCPC coding and medical terminology

Familiarity with ICD10, CPT, NCCI coding, and billing regulations

Experience with infusion and specialty pharmacy billing is ideal
