Commercial Attorney

A company is looking for a Commercial Attorney with CPG and marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities

Review and negotiate sweepstakes, customer and industrial agreements, renewals, and amendments

Assist in streamlining and clearing the legal team's current backlog

Collaborate with in-house counsel on weekly assignments based on established templates

Required Qualifications

Proven contract management experience

Prior in-house experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or food and beverage is preferred

Ability to work approximately 20 hours per week aligned to Central Time zone hours

Proactive and organized with a low-ego approach

Availability to start ASAP and work through the end of the year, with potential for extension
