We are looking for a dynamic, proven results-driven Business Development Marketer with a strong background in skilled nursing home marketing to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced marketer who is ready to move to an opportunity with uncapped earning potential. Your primary responsibility will be to drive new client acquisition through relationship-building with referral sources, skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, and other healthcare providers. You will play a critical role in promoting our private-pay services and ensuring that more individuals have access to high-quality, in-home care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Identify and target new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Educate referral partners on the benefits of private-pay home care services and our unique offerings.
- Create and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and increase patient referrals.
- Act as a brand ambassador by attending industry events, networking opportunities, and community outreach programs.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless intake process for new clients.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and growth objectives.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in healthcare marketing, preferably within skilled nursing facilities or home care services.Strong existing relationships with referral sources in the New Jersey healthcare market.Ability to effectively communicate the value of private-pay home care to clients and referral partners.Self-motivated, results-oriented professional with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent networking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel within New Jersey to build relationships and generate leads.Benefits
