Reporting to the Associate Director of Admissions, we are seeking an Assistant Director of Strategic Engagement & Healthcare Organizational Leadership Recruitment who will be responsible for helping develop, lead, and implement innovative marketing and recruiting strategies to attract a diverse applicant pool and matriculating student cohort. In close consultation with the Associate Director of Admissions and Director of Admissions this position will establish, enhance, manage, and evaluate strategic initiatives to achieve enrollment goals across all School of Nursing programs.
In addition, this position will coordinate and oversee the recruitment and enrollment of all students in the MSN Healthcare Organizational Leadership and Post-Master Certificate tracks.

The Sr. Admissions Officer serves on the Admissions team and collaborates with Admissions leadership to design, implement, and manage recruitment strategies. As a subject matter expert, the Sr. Admissions Officer will provide advice and mentorship to other Admissions staff in area of expertise and has additional, specific job responsibilities related to that area of expertise. May also include limited supervisory responsibilities.
The position will involve in-person and virtual recruitment, as well as significant projects across the office which may include working with student volunteer groups, collaborating on office programs, responding to and working with prospective students and families, and engaging university partners. The Sr. Admissions Officer will also be responsible for large roles in larger projects that work towards office priorities and goals.

Education and Experience Equivalency

Vaccine Requirements
