The Manufacturing Consultant will apply analytical rigour and hands-on insight to drive real-world change within diverse manufacturing settings.
Role Highlights
You will :
– Analyse client operations to identify bottlenecks and performance gaps
– Implement sustainable process improvements across production lines
– Collaborate with front-line teams to deliver tangible, lasting outcomes
– Manage projects from diagnostics through to results delivery
– Travel Mon–Thurs to client sites
You Will Need
– Top-tier degree in engineering, life sciences, physical sciences, or mathematics
– 1-4 years of relevant manufacturing industry experience
– Sharp problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
– Strong communication and influencing ability
– Motivation to learn fast and lead change from day one
– Right to work in the US without VISA sponsorship
– Ability to travel regularly
