Registered Veterinary Technician

Overview

Animal Hospital of South Bay- Rolling Hills is seeking a full-time, experienced Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team!

Location : 28916 S Western Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90275

Compensation : $30-35 / hr depending on experience

$3000 sign on bonus

Shift Details : This is a full time position (4) 10-hour shifts with rotating Saturdays and an occasional Sunday

Our ideal candidate is proficient and confident in the following skills : Venipuncture, IV catheter placement, dentals and dental radiographs, anesthesia monitoring, in-house lab work, and excellent client communication / education abilities!

Job Summary : The Registered Veterinary Technician provides leadership and training to the medical support staff in the operation of a small animal facility in accordance with hospital policy and procedures and provides medical care to patients as allowed in the veterinary practice act. The Registered Veterinary Technician will be able to communicate effectively with team members and clients and have great attention to detail and organizational abilities.
