Job Title : Primary Care Physician (MD / DO) – Full-Time, Permanent

Location : Jacksonville (Jax Beach), Interlachen, Deland, Gainesville, Arlington, St. Augustine, Daytona, Palatka, Crescent City, Flagler Beach – Florida

Start Date : ASAP – Immediate Openings Available

Pay : $75.00 – $150.00 per hour (+Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates)

Duration : Permanent

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (MD / DO) to join our team across multiple Florida locations. This full-time, permanent role offers competitive pay, a generous sign-on bonus, and an immediate start date.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages
  • Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans
  • Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records
  • Educate patients on disease prevention and health maintenance

Qualifications

  • Education : Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
  • Licensure : Valid Florida State Board medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Relevant primary care experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills

    • Required Certifications

  • State Board Certification (Florida MD or DO license)
  • DEA Registration for prescribing medications
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) – current and valid
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – preferred
