THE POSITION

In this role, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to help improve drug therapy outcomes for our hospitalized patients. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Pharmacist, your primary responsibility will be the filling of the correct drug and strength for each patient while also providing the clearest directions possible with the least possibility of adverse reactions. Work involves filling medication orders and prescriptions, as well as examining each for adverse reactions, duplications, incompatibilities, and allergies. Additional responsibilities include packaging and applying auxiliary labels accordingly, and providing information regarding use, dosage, side effects, and safety to patients and other medical staff.
