Job Summary

The Five-S Group is seeking an Assistant Onsite Superintendent who will support the daily field operations of assigned construction projects. This role is responsible for assisting the Project Superintendent in coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety standards, monitoring project progress, and ensuring quality control on-site. The Assistant Onsite Superintendent helps maintain the overall schedule, supports job site leadership, and serves as a key liaison between the field and project management teams. This is a full-time position based in Monroe, LA and reports directly to the Project Superintendent.

Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
