Maintenance Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance functions at a large-scale production facility. This role provides strategic leadership while ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. The position will manage a multi-shift team responsible for production line maintenance, utilities, and facility systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse maintenance team, driving a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Manage and enhance preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Oversee maintenance budgets, identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory safety programs and company standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and leadership on capital projects and process improvements.
• Support sustainability initiatives related to energy, water conservation, and waste reduction.
• Utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to plan, schedule, and track maintenance activities.
