Overview Technical Product Manager - Rich Communication Services (RCS)

Responsibilities Experience with RCS or strong foundational knowledge of what RCS is, how it works, and its capabilities.

Broader messaging experience (e.g., WhatsApp, Apple Business Chat) with strong RCS understanding.

Create customer-facing experiences with a focus on centering the customer in the design process.

Understand Generative AI, including how to contribute to model feedback and refinement.

Own AI-generated messaging experiences and collaborate with model owners.

Techno-functional profile : not a developer, but technically savvy enough to understand system limitations and ask the right questions.

Comfortable working in an Agile environment, with experience in requirement building and iterative delivery.

Lead product development of assigned features under the larger RCS initiative, with expected collaboration across PMs.

Qualifications Demonstrated knowledge or experience with RCS and its capabilities.

Broader messaging experience with platforms such as WhatsApp and Apple Business Chat, with strong RCS understanding.

Ability to create customer-facing experiences with a customer-centric design approach.

Understanding of Generative AI and ability to contribute to model feedback and refinement.

Ability to own AI-generated messaging experiences and collaborate with model owners.

Techno-functional profile : able to understand system limitations and ask the right questions (not a developer).

Experience in Agile environments, including requirements gathering and iterative delivery.

Proven ability to lead product development of features within the larger RCS initiative, with cross-team collaboration.
