Job Title : Trial Paralegal

Location : Los Angeles. CA (West Los Angeles)

Work Model : Onsite

Compensation : $30-$40 / hour (Based on Experience)

Responsibilities :

• Organize trial materials, including exhibits, witness files, and binders.
• Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Ensure trial deadlines and schedules are met by coordinating with attorneys and clients.
• Provide in-court support during trials, including exhibit management and note-taking.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties via phone and email.
• Translate documents and assist Spanish-speaking clients with interpretation.
• Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.

Qualifications :

3+ years of paralegal experience with significant trial exposure.

Proven ability to handle all phases of trial preparation and in-court support.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable communicating with clients and team members over the phone.

Experience in plaintiff-side litigation (preferred).

Preferred Experience : Familiarity with Lemon Law or consumer protection cases (not required).
