Staff Technical Writer

A company is looking for a Staff Technical Writer to enhance their developer documentation and manage the documentation portal.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end developer documentation and information architecture

Plan, write, and edit API references, guides, and tutorials in collaboration with the developer platform team

Define the developer documentation style guide and contribute to API standards

Required Qualifications

BA / BS degree or equivalent experience

6+ years of experience documenting multi-language developer API platforms

2+ years of experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, or related documentation

3+ years managing developer portals focused on developer growth metrics

Familiarity with OpenAPI schema and API design best practices
