Technical Pursuit Specialist

A company is looking for a Technical Pursuit Specialist to support strategic opportunities within their Energy & Industrial Solutions business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate RFQs exceeding $5M, collaborating with internal teams on product integration

Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliant and optimized equipment selection

Create and manage bid opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

7+ years of technical background in electrical systems, preferably in low and medium voltage switchgear

7+ years of experience in bid management, proposal development, or technical sales support

Familiarity with local electrical codes and standards

3+ years of proficiency with Salesforce and internal quotation tools

Legal authorization for employment in the United States without need for employer-sponsored work authorization
