Salary Range : $68,640.00 - $70,699.20

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests, ensuring compliance with company policy and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to accurately assess and identify patients' conditions.
• Continuously assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to the care provided.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in making patient care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications as prescribed, both over-the-counter and prescription.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement a comprehensive Plan of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining high standards of professional nursing practice.
