Pay Rate : $30.00 an hour with $2.00 an hour additional shift differential on swing and grave shift
Sign On Bonus : $2,000 hire on bonus is for new hires and rehires that are returning after 5 years or more. The bonus will be paid out in equal $333 / $334 portions after successfully completing 3 months, 6 months and 9 months of employment with Treasure Island Resort & Casino.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all HVAC systems
- Assist with HVAC system installations
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain water treatment systems
- Troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment and appliances
- Maintain accurate logs and maintenance records
- Monitor and adjust property wide temperature controls and set points

Required :
Two (2) years vocational HVAC training or five (5) years of equivalent on-the-job experienceValid HVAC and Refrigerant CertificationValid Driver's License and clean driving recordPreferred :
