A company is looking for a Career Readiness Advisor to guide and empower students in their transition from education to employment. Key Responsibilities Prepare students for interviews through practice sessions and resume discussions Set expectations for real-world interviews and lead practice sessions with multiple students daily Facilitate video interviews and create individualized action plans to enhance interviewing skills Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent experience Ability to deliver outstanding student service Computer literacy / basic computer skills Desire for growth and professional development Experience in management, recruiting / human resources, or education is preferred
