Job Summary
The Revenue Support Analyst will report directly to the Credit Revenue Support Manager. In this role, the analyst will be responsible for providing comprehensive support in managing and analyzing revenue-related data. Key duties include monitoring revenue streams, assisting with credit assessments, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate revenue recognition. The Revenue Support Analyst will also collaborate closely with various departments to streamline processes and support the Credit Manager in achieving financial objectives.
Essential Duties / Accountabilities
- Apply the Corporate Credit Policy under the direction of the Credit Revenue Support Manager
- Set up and maintain customer files in the Customer Master program.
- Set up Tax-Exempt customers.
- Maintenance of all changes to the file such as address, phone number, email address, tax status, etc.
- Ensure that we have a proper and up to date tax exemption certificate from those customers that are tax-exempt.
- Receive and handle incoming calls from field branches, sales personnel, and customers.
- Receive requests to change credit limits and access credit reporting.
- Receive and process new credit applications via the accompanying Microsoft Outlook inbox.
- Ensure the completion of applications and scan all associates documents into Intellichief.
- Process cash applications while ensuring proper tax status and scan all associated documents into Intellichief.
- Process Job account requests
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent, such as a General Education Development (GED) certificate, is required.Previous experience in credit / collections is considered a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.Skills
