The Associate Supervisor (3rd Shift) is responsible for front-line leadership of day-to-day operations of a designated production team to include safety, quality, and efficiencies. Provides overall direction to production floor associates in the areas of production, scheduling, performance management, training, and other related areas striving to improve overall operational efficiencies.

This position reports to the Operations Manager and is part of the Wax Production Team located in Richmond, IL and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

• Oversee and evaluate each cell of the production process to maintain optimum efficiency
• Apply operational business practices and coordinates with other closely related areas to improve efficiency
• Coordinates resources and sets daily priorities to meet operational objectives
• Lead and participate in structured problem solving and sustainment improvements
• Conduct disciplinary discussions and performance reviews

The annual salary range for this role is $65,000 - $80,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay.
