Responsibilities :

• Product Cataloging : Accurately and efficiently manage product information to create detailed and consistent listings.
• Quality Assurance : Cross-check and verify all details to ensure perfection in product descriptions.
• Inventory Management : Organize and maintain inventory records with precision.
• Gemstone Identification : Utilize microscopes and lab equipment to accurately identify gemstones.
• Condition Reporting : Prepare detailed condition reports for each jewelry piece, assessing wear and integrity.
• Historical Research : Identify the history of each piece, describing and naming them to highlight their unique stories.
• Team Collaboration : Work with the team to ensure all cataloged items are properly tagged, described, and published on schedule.
• Quality Control : Assist in quality control processes to uphold Abbott & Oaks’ reputation for meticulousness and reliability.
