• Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm with weekend call coverage
• Maximum 17 patients per shift
• Weekend call includes 2 phone consults, 1 patient visit, 1 admission per 24 hours
• Call shared with employed providers during weekdays
• Hospital privileges required
• Ongoing assignment length
