Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct culturally sensitive assessments : Create a welcoming environment for diverse clients and families.
  • Provide tailored therapy : Offer individualized outpatient therapy that fosters healing and resilience.
  • Develop comprehensive plans : Create crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to empower clients.
  • Participate in case consultations : Collaborate with your team to enhance client care.
  • Ensure timely documentation : Complete billing, treatment plans, and insurance forms with professionalism.
  • Engage in collaborative care : Work alongside psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and fellow therapists for holistic support.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education : Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
  • Licensure : Provisional license as required by state regulations.
  • Passion : A strong commitment to providing high-quality mental health care.
  • Professional Development : Eager to engage in ongoing learning and supervision.
  • Team Player : Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent rapport-building with clients and families.
