Job Description :
- We are seeking an BS / MS scientist with strong experience of cell / molecular biology to join our ongoing cross-functional effort of understanding the biology behind the regulation and degradation of the therapeutic protein Botulinum toxin . In this position within the Protein Degradation Platform Team, you will play a key role in driving our effort to understand protein interaction partners of the neurotoxin , as well as driving engineering effort to achieve next-generation therapeutic toxin.
Responsibilities :
Broad molecular biology techniques such as PCR, plasmid cloning, Western Bloting, Protein purification .Mammalian cell culture (stable cell lines, iPSCs and primary culture) and transfection (plasmid and lentivirus)Communicate scientific findings as verbal presentations and written reports.Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate execution on projects within established timelines.Experience :
At least 2 years of molecular / cell biology experience in an academic or industrial research laboratory settingAt least 2 years of tissue culture experienceStrong attention to detail in maintaining experimentPassion for research and learning new techniquesEnthusiasm for collaboration and open science and team-oriented mindsetExcellent written and oral communication skillsSkills :
